The Inspiration Behind Unruled...

For those wondering what the inspiration was behind naming my blog "Unruled"... The answer is quiet simple! For all who know me very well, you know how much I love wine! Whether expensive or on the lower priced end, drinking wine is an acquired taste that is normally developed in your more mature years of life. In my personal opinion, the first time you taste wine, it completely elevates your alcoholic beverage drinking experience.

Unruly Wine is a reasonably priced wine sold exclusively at BevMo. One of my favorite wines from the Unruly Vineyard which is located in the central region of California is a vintage rare dark red blend ranked in the top 10% of all wines in the world. It's a great value if you're not looking to spend to much money and is packed with bold fruit flavors. It's extremely fruit forward, tasting hints of chocolate and oak on the palette with a smooth finish, truly worth every dollar!
We live in a world where social norms define us. "Society's expectations" dictate our behavior.
We act a certain way because "that's how were supposed to."
"Unruled" is my outlet and my way of expressing who I am. These unwritten rules on how to act need to be eliminated, who came up with them anyway? I don't want to be what's considered "normal", normal is boring... I want to be who I want to be and I think everyone should feel that way.
I've 2nd guessed myself in relationships, friendships, and work related situations where I've wondered Who am I? Do I deserve this? Am I smart? Am I crazy? Truth is all these questions i've asked myself based off of my experiences are completely not normal and if I had to ask myself these questions, it's because common sense is telling me you are amazing and this isn't the right person for you, you deserve more, this is not your real friend and you need to find another job! ... So like I said before I don't want to be normal, I don't want to be defined, I don't want to be ruled by the normal standard. I want to be unruled & different, I want variety, but I do want to experience life and all that it has to offer with a smooth finish in the end!
Thanks Unruly Winery for the inspiration!
